summer night in kanpur

hi, as i hv already told u about my visit to kanpur. when i reached it was 1.20 am and outside of railway station it was all dark. i took a rickshaw an moved. when i asked the rickshaw puller about light he told very innociantly we have not given a single MLA to BSP Govt of state so they said they will not give light to kanpur people. how disgusting ? it means if are living in dictators rules. no fundamental rights. to democrecy at all. i thought as i m in some middle east or any african country.
